Author(s) : CIPC

From July 3 to 6, 2017, ICPC will participate in the first workshop on Regional Organised Crime Observatories (ROCO) as an expert and moderator. This inaugural workshop is organised in the framework of the ENACT project, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GIATOC), in partnership with the Institute for Strategic Studies (ISS) and Interpol. The workshop will be held in Cape Town, South Africa, and will gather national and international experts working in public safety, organised crime and crime in all its forms. The objective of this meeting is to make sure that the ROCOs and the Organised Crime Measurement Index are launched with the participants’ expertise, best international practices in the field and the establishment of a global network of experts able to bring their support to the ENACT Team.
