The delegation met with several ICPC partners to familiarize them with the Quebec approach to policing and how the concept unfolded in Quebec. They visited the City of Montreal Police Department, the Sûreté du Québec (Quebec Provincial Police), Anie Samson, mayor of Villeray -Saint- Michel -Parc -Extension, who is responsible for security issues and citizens services and the following community organizations: Spectre de rue , Tandem Mercier -Hochelaga- Maisonneuve and Cybercap, in addition to attending the “Prev-action: Fighting intimidation to ensure a safe environment at school“ conference, organized by ICPC and the Commission scolaire de Montréal (CSDM – Montreal School Board).

At the end of their trip to Montreal, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between ICPC and the Agency.
