Evaluation of Quebec’s Intervention Plan on Street Gangs, Canada / 2009-2010

In 2009, the Ministry of Public Safety in Quebec (MSP) requested support from ICPC to start the evaluation of le Plan d'intervention quebecois sur les gangs de rue 2007-2010. This plan is has four components, ten objectives and thirty four  measures for addressing the phenomenon of street gangs.  The components of the evaluation include: 1) the intervention plan and its contents; 2) implementation of the intervention plan; 3) changes to methods of intervention for street gangs. The final report was delivered in 2011.
