Over the last 15 years, the International Centre for the Prevention of Crime has been at the heart of an international movement aimed at promoting research-based policies and practices that work to prevent crime and build community safety.

To mark its 15th anniversary, ICPC focused on the evolution of crime prevention policy and practice.

NEW QUESTIONNAIRE FOR MUNICIPALITIES

Are you responsible for prevention and safety issues in your municipality?
Do you wish to compare your experiences with those of many cities around the world?
Complete our new questionnaire on municipalities!

To systematically collect key information on the role of local authorities in crime prevention and community safety, we have created a questionnaire for municipalities. With this questionnaire, we hope to collect more data on cities’ preventative actions and facilitate comparative analysis of local initiatives keeping in mind the different contexts (legal, demographic, financial) of cities and local authorities.

Results will be sent to cities that answered the questionnaire which we hope will increase knowledge of local prevention policies and actions along with ICPC’s analyses.

The questionnaire only takes a few moments to fill out and will be much appreciated. You can print out a copy and send it by mail to our office.
