The International Observer wishes to publish information in as many languages as possible and invites submissions in all languages. Although the ICPC does not currently have the resources to translate and re-publish all such information, we still wish to promote international knowledge-sharing. We therefore welcome all crime prevention-related publications that may contribute to our multi-lingual Resource Centre.

The International Observer strives to publicize a diverse selection of information from around the world. However, where the ICPC is not the source of such information, neither the ICPC nor the International Observer accept responsibility for the validity of or opinions expressed in these materials.
