Safe Community Weekly News

Safe Community Weekly News is an electronic newsletter on injury prevention and safety promotion edited by the Norwegian Safety Promotion Centre- a WHO CC Affiliated Safe Community Support Centre on behalf of the Safe Communities Network. Safe Community Weekly has produced over 25 editions which include summaries of international and national programmes, conferences, workshops, and events of the SAFE Communities Network. Past issues have covered a variety of crime prevention themes such as comprehensive community initiatives (CCI's), action plans and programs on domestic violence and graffiti, and have outlined some of the activities of the Norwegian National Crime Prevention Council. The Newsletter is currently available in the following languages: English, Chinese, Portuguese and Serbian.
