Secretary General of the Comité interministériel de prévention de la délinquance Bernard Hagelsteen named to Crime Prevention Committee
In January 2006, the French government established the Comité interministériel de prévention de la délinquance (The Interministerial Committee for Crime Prevention). Mr Bernard HAGELSTEEN was recently appointed Secretary-general of this Interministerial committee.
Mr HAGELSTEEN graduated from the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Institute of political studies of Paris) with a Bachelor of law. He was Prefect in a number of positions at the police (Maine-et-Loire, Seine-Saint-Denis, Bourgogne and Lorraine).
