German Congress on Crime Prevention (Nuremberg, May 8-9, 2006)


On May 8-9, 2006, the 11th annual German Congress on Crime Prevention will take place in Nuremburg, Germany. Prime Minister of the State of Bavaria Dr. Edmund Stoiber will act as the patron of the event. Organizers are expecting approximately 1500 experts from around the world. 

Registration for the event is still open and international participants are encouraged to take part in the Congress. Special packages are being prepared in English for international participants and will feature English translations of lectures. The Congress will cover a range of issues relating to crime prevention, and will have a particular focus on “Sport and Prevention”, click here to access the complete program of the Congress. Margaret Shaw, Director of Analysis and Exchange, will represent ICPC at the Congress.
